Return Policy

We will gladly refund your online purchase. Here are our eligibility guidelines:

General Merchandise from our Campus Store:

You’ll get a full refund, in the form of a check or credit to account, with a receipt for items returned within 30 days of original purchase. Without a receipt, a merchandise credit will be issued at the current selling price. Cash back on merchandise credits will not exceed $5. All merchandise must be in original condition.

Exchange Policy

We will gladly exchange your online purchase. Here are our eligibility guidelines:

General Merchandise from our Campus Store:

General merchandise items purchased from our online Campus Store may be exchanged for a different size or color only. Should you wish to exchange your purchase, simply complete the Return/Exchange form (included in your shipment), note the new size or color you wish to have and return the form with the original item within 30 days of original purchase.

Return & Exchange Process

Your return or exchange should include a completed return form and proof of schedule change if appropriate. This returns form may be found in your original shipment. If you do not have a returns form, provide the following information with your return or exchange: name, address, email address, phone number and order number, if available. We cannot be responsible for packages lost during return or exchange. Therefore, we highly recommend that your return or exchange be sent in an insured package.
